To continuously improve the user experience, system stability and security protection capability of the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Platform, the Network Operation and Service Center(NOSC) plans to conduct a version upgrade of the platform. Detailed arrangements are as follows:

I. Upgrade Schedule

Phase 1: 18:00 – 22:00, June 5th, 2026

Phase 2: 23:00, June 12th, 2026 – 23:00, June 14th, 2026

II. Impact of the Upgrade

Public Computer Classroom (E1-227) and all Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Platform users across the university.

III. Precautions

Please arrange your usage time in advance and save all unfinished assignments, documents, and data properly to avoid any data loss caused by the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Platform upgrade.
