Notice on National Day Holiday Downtime Maintenance for HPC Phase III Cluster
The HPC team plans to perform downtime maintenance and optimization upgrades for the HPC AI Computing Platform Phase III Cluster from 16:00 on September 30, 2026 to 24:00 on October 7, 2026. The upgrade will cover functional modules including the platform front-end interface, platform user management, platform billing management, and platform data management.
The specific impacts of this upgrade are as follows:
(1) During the maintenance period, the HPC Phase III platform user portal and SSH will be inaccessible (https://hpc3login.hpc.hkust-gz.edu.cn/).
(2) All SLURM jobs and AI jobs will be terminated.
(3) User home directory data (/data/user/<username>) will not be affected.
To minimize the impact on your work, please arrange your job schedules in advance. To avoid the loss of important data, please save your development environment images and back up your task data before the maintenance.
