To further optimize system functionality and improve user experience, and to support the cloud server migration, the Campus Unified Portal Platform will undergo scheduled maintenance. Meanwhile, a new version of the HKUSTGZ Go app (also known as the “upgraded DingTalk”) will be released. The details are notified as follows:

I. Campus Unified Portal Platform Migration & Maintenance

1. Maintenance window: 19:00–21:30, Friday, 30 October 2026.

2. During the maintenance, the DingTalk workbench will temporarily revert to its original version. Once the update is complete, you will need to sign in again to restore the updated version.

3. During the maintenance, you may be unable to sign in to DingTalk again. Please avoid signing out during this period; sign-in will return to normal once the update is complete.

4. The web version of the Campus Unified Portal Platform (https://myportal.hkust-gz.edu.cn/) will be temporarily unavailable during the maintenance and will be accessible again once the update is completed.

II. HKUSTGZ Go App Version Update

1. The new version includes updates in UI design, AI tables, AI Minutes, and more. It also adds an offline push notification feature for OPPO and VIVO.

2. The system plans to push DingTalk reminders to users who need to upgrade at 21:30 on October 30, 2026.

3. Android users are suggested to update at your convenience. iPhone users can scan the QR code to update, or go to your phone's "Settings," select "App Store," then find "AUTOMATIC DOWNLOADS," and check the "App Updates" option. (Detailed upgrade guide can be found in the attachment.)
