The Access Control System will undergo routine maintenance and upgrades from 19:00 -22:00 on September 18 th, 2026 to address security vulnerabilities and ensure system stability.

1. During the upgrade, authorized personnel can access, no new personnel can be authorized.

2. During the upgrade, the Visitor System, Large Instrument Sharing Management System, Booking System, and DingTalk “Access Control Application and Cancellation” will be temporarily unable to sync with the access control system, disabling automatic authorization. If you require access permissions to start in upgrading period, please ensure all applications are submitted and approved before 17:00 on September 18, 2026. Late submissions may result in access denial.

3. During the upgrade, the Booking reservation system will not be able to integrate with access control devices. Please contact the phone number listed at the entrance of meeting rooms and discussion rooms in advance.

4. During the upgrade, the automatic check-in feature in Sport Hall will be temporarily unavailable. Manual verification will be implemented instead.
