To enhance the stability and reliability of system integration for the DingTalk Visitor Approval application and ensure smooth visitor access and a positive visiting experience, we will perform a system upgrade from 20:00 to 22:00 on 22 September 2026.

During the upgrade, gate access for visitors with approved applications will remain unaffected.

Visitor reservations can still be submitted during the upgrade. However, the DingTalk Visitor Approval function for issuing gate access permissions will be temporarily unavailable. Please advise visitors with pending approvals to contact security staff at the gate, who will verify their reservation records to grant entry.
